Select the GEO cookie and click remove Cookie
Create and set your own GEO cookie b following javascript in your browser. Check for any linebreaks. Use below key:

In the dropdown box you will get “The page at http://valleywag.com says GEO=bb84fb3cd7df0……” this is a notification that you’ve set the cookie successfuly.
Open the www.youtube.com/beijing2008 , and you are ready to sit back, relax.

Sorry, but your explanation is not clear. I do not know how to create my own GEO cookie. It would be nice if you explain more clear.
