Facebook started switching over to its new format this weekend – it is more organized and easy to control. While facebook users shows support on the simpler, cleaner, more relevant and easy to control format of the New Facebook, there are others who opposes to the New Facebook Design.  If you are one of them and would like to stick to the old facebook format follow the instruction below.

Alright, if you still want to stick to the old facebook and you want to get the old facebook back, here’s the way to do it:

How to Get Old Facebook Back:

1. Add this app: http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=2345053339
2. Log out
3. Log in
4. Open a new window that IS NOT FACEBOOK
5. Ex out facebook
6. Go to http://apps.new.facebook.com/?fbnew_opt_out=1
7. You now have your OLD FACEBOOK

But since the new facebook is a permanent change for all users, when you log in it will automatically use the new layout.  To keep the old layout, go to the http://apps.new.facebook.com/?fbnew_opt_out=1 put it in your favorites and the Old Facebook is back

I just want to reiterate that I don’t recommend using this. I only post it here for your reference and for those who have the guts to try this thing. Use this at your own risk.

How to install Norton Antivirus 2008 with max 10 year subscription.

Before we begin lets create a restore point on your computer using
system restore if it off turn it on. Just in case you do something wrong.

Does this work? Yeah i thought the same thing when i first tried it but
yes it works 100% and it was on vista sp1. Will it work on xp? it should!

This takes a fair amount of time.

1. Find a copy of norton antivirus 2007 with a 10 year subscription and activate it. Its not that hard to find.
2. Now go to program files\norton antivirus
3. See the file called CLTVault.dll copy that file and paste it somewhere else for use later. Remember where you put it ok?
4. Uninstall Norton 2007. when its done restart your pc when it asks you to.
5. Change your date to 01/01/2020. Yes i said it 01/01/2020 why? because its apparently crucial to do it otherwise it won’t work. It might if you don’t change your time but i dont recommend it.
6. Go to the net and download the Norton antivirus 2008 trial version.
7. Install it. when your done restart your pc when it asks you to and finish the installing process. When it asks to activate it just ignore it as well as the windows security alert(its just whinging everything will be fine)
8. Go to ‘msconfig’. For vista uses type that in your search box.
9. Disable anything to do with the symantec corporation. Please be cautious here as an incorrect mistake could render your pc to not work properly.
10. Restart your pc.
11. Restart a second time but this time in safe mode. To do this just press F8 just after the boot screen (usually the manufactures logo). Doing it before might make your pc beep loudly because its an unrecognised bios command.
12. While in safe mode go to program files\norton antivirus and delete CLTVault.dll. Yes do it.
    Now find your old version of CLTVault.dll that you copied earlier in step 3 and paste it in program files\norton antivirus. Why safe mode because in normal mode symantec has a clever way of not letting you modify its system files by denying any attempts. However in safe mode its not there at all.
13. Restart in normal mode
14. Go to msconfig and reenable all the stuff from symantec corporation.
15. Restart again. go to NAV 2008 and press fix now. Now it will try to activate your copy by contacting over the net however this fails and it says try again or activate later. Ignore this because at the same time it is activating your old subscription days left from NAV 2007. When it does it will say <xxxx Number of days remaining> in the place NAV 2007 said it.
16. Now it will whinge about updating via liveupdate.you can however it will fail. Don’t panic!Ignore the window security centre whinging.Also reset
    your date to the present.
17. Restart your pc and everythings fine.you can liveupdate now successfully and after a quick scan norton is happy and you have now a fully installed
    NAV 2008.

Now some of you might have problems just follow the steps accurately and everything will be like clockwork.Enjoy!!! – Author (Unknown)
