GIF Image, 1×1 pixels Mystery

It’s not actually a mystery but I just want to to name it that way. If you are encountering this, there is a big possiiblity that your antivirus, or internet security that you are using is preventing the access to this site.  In my case I’m using Kaspersky.

To solve this issue you need to modify your content setting security.  I’l share you how to do it in Kaspersky Internet Security. For other internet security software, it will work the same way so just figure out how to modify the content filtering, white list the site and that’s it.

Here’s how I resolve the GIF Image, 1×1 pixels Mystery

1.  Double click the Kaspersky Internet Security Icon

2.  Then go to setting >> content filtering then click the setting buttong beside the “enable banner ad banner”.

3.  In the banner ad blocker dialog tab, add the site you want to whitelist.  In my case since I want to connect to kontera and sitemeter, i add in the white list the *.kontera.com, and the *sitemeter*.com  The * stands for the wild character.

4.  Click OK , Apply

That’s it.. the quick guide to fix the GIF Image, 1x1pixels problem.
